At Averra Global, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final sale items (if marked as such at checkout)
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team at support@averraglobal.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer an exchange free of charge (subject to stock availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@averraglobal.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
